Yes I would certainly recommend getting a bike. I didn't think I would ever be saying that but never say never. We really enjoy biking and it is great exercise. When w get back to Canada we will be buying bikes to ride around town. I think you should ride with a buddy, either get Dave to get one too, or one of your friends, because sometimes you need to motivate each other. What I find the hardest is getting out the door. Great to see you both getting such great exercise. For the past three years, I have said "I really want to get a bike", and for the past three years did nothing about it. But I promise, since you both on your bikes, by the next time you hear from me I will have a bike. Then all that you guys have to do, is convince me to use it. LOL Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday on Monday. As I only work four days a week, I am off tomorrow, and Monday is a holiday for us (St. George's Day), so won't be back until Tuesday. Dave and I are going to the cabin - - which we love. We leave for England on the 27th of April to attend a wedding in Cambridge and then we have a week to relax in Greece.
