		<description>Hi Judy,

It&#039;s always great to read your comments.

Paul is out and about almost every day and has become an avid biker and photographer. He loves the benefits too of getting in great shape and losing weight. My schedule is all over the place this term and I don&#039;t get out as much as I would like, but whenever I have the chance I join him. That old saying about learning to ride a bicycle is really true, even after thirty years!

Love,

		<description>Hi there.

Once again I am so amazed at your remarkable blog. This is absolutely fantastic and gives a great birdseye view of China. Must be fantastic for Hayden who can keep a close watch on his Nanny and Poppy. I am sure he is the one who misses you the most.

I love seeing the pictures of China.

Love,
